Meet our Leaders

My husband Tim and I have been lucky to call Hasbrouck Heights our home since 2003. We are proudly raising our two daughters, Paige and Grace, in this beautiful community. I am a graduate of Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Major in Sociology. While studying at Seton Hall, I also was a 4 year player for their Division I Softball Team. I furthered my education by attending Montclair State University where I earned my Master of Arts in Teaching, with a concentration in Early Childhood Education. I currently teach Inclusion Kindergarten in the Bergenfield School District where I have been teaching for the past 24 years.

Tim and I have been active members of the Hasbrouck Heights Recreation Department, having managed/coached several Recreation and Travel Softball Teams. I have also enjoyed coaching both Recreation and Travel Basketball. As members of the Hasbrouck Heights Little League, Tim and I both managed and coached girls’ softball for many years. While my children attended Lincoln Elementary School, I was an active member in the P.T.A. and chaired/co-chaired several committees. My family are active parishioners of Corpus Christi, R.C. Church. Both of our children attended their PreK program and I enjoyed time spent volunteering with their Religious Studies Program, as well as with their C.Y.O. Intramural Basketball Program. We enjoyed many years watching our daughters cheer for the Hasbrouck Heights Junior Football League, and continue to cheer on my husband “Coach Tim '', who still is an active HHJFL coach. My family and I enjoy spending time with our fellow Hasbrouck Heights residents each summer at the Hasbrouck Heights Swim Club, where Tim is a Pool Board Trustee.

It is an honor and privilege to represent the residents of Hasbrouck Heights as your Councilwoman, Commissioner of Social Services, Deputy Commissioner of the Board of Health, and Liaison to the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education. I am so proud to be an essential component in continuing to make Hasbrouck Heights the wonderful community we all love.
